In our CTC 2500 G6 model of our table type fully automatic carpet washing machine;

The Ctc 2500 g6 model with a band width of 250 cm has 4 circular and 2 roller washing brushes. It has a single row of four 40 cm diameter carpet cleaning brushes, which rotates circularly and allows the carpet to be washed. The motors of these brushes are independent from each other. One circular brush comes after the circular brushes. This roller collects the items such as hair, bristles, feathers, wool on the carpet and combs the carpet feathers that are mixed during the washing process, and also performs the first rinsing process. Excessive water and detergent are rinsed on the carpet and separated from the carpet with the rinsing system, just behind the upper bristle collection and rinsing brush. There is a roller brush under the carpet that washes under the carpets.

At the last stage of our machine, there is a roller apparatus. Thanks to this roller, the washed, rinsed carpet is rolled and ready for the spinning machine. Thus, carpet washing process is completed professionally and effortlessly. It is preferred by carpet washing companies with daily carpet washing capacity of 400-500 m2.
